Make some types of strategy analysis from this list for the fictitious pharmaceutical company X-Farma [2].
(Note: Examples below are highly approximate and have only educational nature).
On the first step determine external factors in which X-Farma functions and give some estimates of these factors.
PESTEL analysis is a good assistant for this (Figures 2-6):
On the next step determine and assess the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (Figure 7):
So far as SWOT analysis addresses strong and weak company’s characteristics and also favourable and dangerous characteristics of external environment which concern a company, then there is a reason to remove drivers and show only assessments (Figure 8):
